Course Outline: Practical skills and techniques associated with MMAW process to join materials in all weld positions, heat, cut and gouge materials, interpret engineering drawings and use of different hand and power tools/equipment’s to fabricate metal components.

Course Name: MMAW Structural Welding Standard

Duration: 9 Weeks

Course Outline: Advanced SMAW and Semi-Automatic Process, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Metal Arc Welding, Welding Techniques etc.

Course Name: GMAW Structural Welding Standard

Duration: 10 Weeks

Course Outline: Introduction & Fundamentals of Gas Metal Arc Welding, GMAW functions, Cutting procedures using cutting torch or gauging. welding in various positions.
